What we sell
Root Career Institute sells online courses for JEE, NEET and Class 9 to 12. These are digital services. We do not ship any physical product, so there are no shipping charges.
How you get your course
- You buy a course on our website and pay through Razorpay.
- When the payment is successful, the course is added to your account at once. This usually takes less than a minute.
- We email you a payment receipt and a GST invoice. You can also download the invoice from Account → Invoices on this website.
- To study, install the Root Career Institute app from Google Play and log in with the same email address. The course appears in My Courses.
Where we deliver
We deliver courses online to students anywhere in India. You need an Android phone and an internet connection. In the app you can download lectures and watch them later without internet.
How long you can use a course
Each course page shows how long the course stays open (its validity), for example 365 days from the day you buy it. Your access ends when the validity ends.
If you do not get access
If your payment is successful but the course is not in your account after 30 minutes, contact us with your payment ID or invoice number. We will add the course, or refund the payment as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
